What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture?
Most furniture items are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for an additional fee. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return home decor items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Bonbon furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary fabric swatches for our upholstered collections to help you choose the perfect texture and color for your home. You can request up to five swatches through our contact page.
